Catch22 in London is hiring a Wellbeing Practitioner to support adult male ex-offenders. The role requires managing a caseload, delivering interventions, and coordinating with partners across London, Croydon hub and surrounding boroughs.

The role emphasizes risk awareness, accurate record-keeping, and building strong relationships with service users to facilitate positive change. A relevant qualification is desirable, with full-time hours and travel across sites.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel).
• Desirable: qualifications related to Criminal Justice, social care or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users and assess needs, capacity, motivation to rehabilitate.
• Deliver interventions to support rehabilitation and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with local providers and partners including HMPPS and voluntary sectors.
• Record information accurately using digital systems and meet deadlines.
