Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking a part-time Programme Support Adviser to deliver a first-class, personalised service to participants across Reed Wellbeing programmes. You will be the first point of contact, assess eligibility, triage referrals and signpost to relevant services.

The role offers flexible hours (evening, weekend, weekday shifts), a pro-rata base salary of £26,300–£28,000 and a three-month FTC. Experience in customer service, data entry and using CRM systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in office-based customer service or sales.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Experience using database systems to input data accurately.
• Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to follow processes and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service on inbound/outbound calls.
• Book participants into Reed Wellbeing services and manage attendance.
• Rectify inaccuracies in the CRM and data entries.
• Triaging referrals to determine eligibility and suitability.
• Signpost to relevant services and capture data per obligations.
