Job summary

Catch22 invites applications for a Wellbeing Practitioner within our Personal Wellbeing service, covering Cornwall and Devon and based in Cornwall. The role supports adult male ex-offenders, delivering emotional wellbeing support and skills training in partnership with HMPPS and other agencies.

The candidate will work with multi-agency partners to improve daily living skills, access to treatment, and evidence-based wellbeing interventions, while meeting safeguarding and DBS checks as required.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• Evidence of continual professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and design/deliver skills training.
• Support service users to increase capacity for daily living and advocate with multi-agency partners.
• Collaborate with partners to engage with treatment and other professionals/services.
