Job summary

Nuffield Health Taunton FWC is seeking a Personal Trainer on a permanent, part-time basis (16 hours per week). The role offers a pro rata salary from £28,421.12 up to £36,745.28 OTE, with the chance to grow your PT hours as your client base expands.

You should be qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level (or above) and hold CIMSPA membership. You will deliver sessions, inductions and personal training while supporting members to achieve their fitness goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Ambitious and caring personality with ability to motivate others.
• Confident in delivering a range of PT sessions and consultations.

Responsibilities

• Have full access to Nuffield Health's range of services.
• Connect with and motivate members to reach fitness goals.
• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations.
• Carry out high-quality inductions, training programmes, group and personal training sessions, and gym duties.
• Explore opportunities for progression into Wellbeing Lead and management roles.
