Job summary

Nuffield Health Cannock is seeking a Wellbeing Personal Trainer to join our gym team. The role is 8 hours per week as a part-time position with potential to grow PT hours as you build your client base, and an up to £26,707.20 OTE pro rata.

You’ll need REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner or above, plus CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Join a charity that supports health and development with paid holiday and in-house training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Current CIMSPA membership at Personal Trainer Practitioner level is required.

Responsibilities

• Have full access to Nuffield Health’s services.
• Connect with and motivate members to reach fitness goals and healthier lifestyles.
• Deliver a range of sessions and consultations with confidence.
• Carry out inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training, and gym duties.
• Benefit from clear career progression with opportunities to move into further roles.
• Explore progression into Wellbeing Lead and management positions.
• Opportunity for further in-house training from Personal Best, Les Mills, and CPD.
