Job summary

Nuffield Health Wakefield FWC is seeking a Personal Trainer for a part-time role (8 hours per week) with a salary from £27,797.12 to £34,249.28 OTE pro rata. The role supports gym floor hours and client growth, with progression into wellbeing leadership and management roles.

You will need REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification, plus strong communication and listening skills to guide members toward healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Must hold REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above).
• Experience delivering personal training sessions and consultations.
• Strong ability to connect with and motivate gym members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of PT sessions and consultations.
• Carry out high-quality inductions and Personal Best programmes.
• Conduct group and one-to-one training sessions and general gym duties.
• Support career progression and additional training opportunities.
