Job summary

Nuffield Health in Wokingham is seeking a Fitness & Wellbeing Manager to lead our gym team and drive revenue through high-quality fitness programming. You will manage timetables, oversee studio classes and personal training, and report to the Programme Director while pushing for strong KPI results and exceptional member outcomes.

The role requires REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification, studio experience, and a proven ability to develop teams and fitness programmes that engage members

Qualifications

• Qualified to REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
• Studio experience required.
• Track record of driving personal training revenue.
• Experience managing a team and leading performance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take on a commercial role spanning management, governance and sales of major services.
• Report to the Programme Director and line manage the fitness team.
• Organise and implement class timetables across the site.
• Oversee fitness programming, from studio classes to personal training.
• Drive and develop the team to achieve ambitious sales and KPI goals.
