Job summary

Herefordshire, Ludlow & North Shropshire College is seeking a Wellbeing & Pastoral Mentor to join our Safeguarding Team. The role is 12 hours per week, 39 weeks a year, term-time only, and focuses on supporting students’ wellbeing, safety and academic success.

You will manage a caseload, build trusted relationships and work with external agencies to promote inclusion and prevent barriers to learning.
