The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a Lead Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coordinator for Wellington Vale, a luxury care home in Waterlooville. The role combines management responsibility with hands-on activities coordination to create engaging programs for residents.
You will develop community links, recruit and supervise volunteers, manage budgets, and ensure activity schedules align with residents' needs. A full driving licence is preferred for excursions; weekend rota is required.
£14.42 per hour plus Company Benefits

Wellington Vale is an 80 bedded stunning luxury nursing, residential and dementia care home situated in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
Our Lead Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator is both a management and a hands‑on working role. Working alongside our wellbeing and lifestyle coordinators you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon Home. This includes internal and external communication about activities-focused programmes for our residents, as well as networking within the local community to recruit, train and place volunteers within the home. You will introduce appropriate activities for our residents which support independence and identify activities in the surrounding areas that will help our residents integrate into the local community.
Work hours are flexible and will be on a rota basis, covering some weekends. Ideally, you will hold a full clean driving licence as you may be required to drive the mini bus for external excursions.
