Love Recruitment Limited is looking for a Wellbeing Instructor to lead holistic classes and wellness events on behalf of MSC Cruises. You will work with guests to enhance their health and wellbeing experience while providing operational support, coordinating schedules, and developing wellbeing concepts. Candidates should have a passion for the health and fitness sector, at least three years of management experience, and language skills in Italian, French, Spanish, or German. The role includes accommodation, flights, food, and laundry as benefits.

Role: Wellbeing Instructor

Carlie Barlow Health & Wellbeing on behalf of MSC Cruises

Seeking Italian, Spanish, German, French speakers

Salary: $2,500 per month, accommodation, flights, food & laundry included.

Responsibilities of the role

• Instructing holistic classes and wellbeing events to guests with varying abilities.
• Providing support to the operation whilst reviewing feedback and coordinating the schedule.
• Working alongside our team to create, grow, and deliver health and wellbeing products for passengers.
• Monitoring class insights, using feedback to drive a culture of improvement.
• Continuously evaluating processes and procedures and updating when and where necessary to achieve maximum efficiencies.
• Supporting the development of wellbeing concepts and ideas to formulate proposals for clients, specialising in wellbeing experiences.
• Liaising with client representatives and the team on‑site to optimise content delivery.

Qualifications and Skills required

• Technical qualifications such as Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Breathwork, Sound Therapy.
• Proven track record in teaching holistic disciplines at a high standard.
• Strong managerial skills.
• Ability to demonstrate previous client and team management.
• Experience in multi‑tasking projects.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Language skills desirable – Italian, French, Spanish, or German speakers required.
• IT skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and macOS proficiency.
