We seek an experienced Wellness Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operational excellence across multiple wellness spaces, reporting to the Director of Wellness.

The Role

The BoTree Club is redefiningmodern wellness by blending fitness, recovery and holistic wellbeing within aworld-class hotel and membership environment.

We are now seeking an experiencedand highly capable Wellness Operations Managerto lead the day-to-dayoperational excellence of our wellness facilities across multiple floors. Reporting to the Director of Wellness,you will oversee the smooth running of Longevity, Studio and Social Wellnessspaces, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional service standards andconsistent delivery across every wellness environment. This is a visible leadership role, requiringoperational rigour, calm decision-making and strong understanding of luxuryhospitality. You will play a key role insupporting longevity services, managing capacity and utilisation, coordinatingspecialist partners and ensuring every wellness journey is delivered safely,efficiently and in line with brand standards.

Keyresponsibilities include:

• Oversee the daily operations ofthe Wellness facilities across multiple floors, ensuring smooth opening, peakand closing procedures.
• Lead, support and manage theWellness operations team to maintain consistent operational standards.
• Manage capacity, scheduling andspace utilisation to optimise member experience and revenue performance.
• Maintain exceptional operationalstandards aligned with a luxury members’ club environment.
• Oversee the operational deliveryof longevity and health testing services, including coordination withspecialist partners.
• Ensure smooth onboarding journeysfor members engaging in consultations, testing and follow-up services.
• Track usage, attendance andoperational KPIs to inform data-led decision making and continuous improvement.
• Act as a point of escalation foroperational matters and member feedback.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractsand external practitioners to ensure service continuity and equipmentfunctionality.
• Support the implementation of newwellness services and operational initiatives.

About You

You are an experiencedoperational leader who thrives in premium hospitality environments andunderstands what it take to deliver seamless, high-quality service.

We’re lookingfor someone with:

• Proven experience in wellnessoperations, luxury hospitality, spa, health club or members’ club environments.
• Strong people-management andleadership capability.
• Excellent organisational skillsand problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with a service-led mindset.
• Confidence working with wellnesstechnologies, testing partners and data-led services.
• The ability to manage multiplestakeholders in a fast-paced, premium environment.
• Experience managing rotas,schedules and operational coverage.
• A calm, solutions-focusedapproach under pressure.
• Strong commercial awareness andunderstanding of operational KPIs.
• A genuine passion for wellness,hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences.
