Job summary

Lady Royd Primary School in Bradford is seeking a Learning Mentor to support pupils with social, emotional, and attendance challenges. You will provide one-to-one mentoring, targeted interventions and help pupils develop confidence and resilience to engage in school life.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one mentoring and targeted interventions to pupils struggling with attendance or wellbeing.
• Support pupils to develop confidence, resilience and social-emotional skills for better engagement in school life.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, teaching staff and external agencies to identify and overcome barriers to learning.
• Promote positive mental health, wellbeing and safeguarding across the school.
