Job summary

St Mary's Care Group is seeking a Wellbeing Assistant for Lincoln Manor in Lincoln. The role focuses on creating meaningful moments through activities that bring joy and companionship to residents.

Based at Lincoln Manor, you'll run a varied programme, build community connections, and support residents to pursue hobbies and social engagement. The position is part-time (32 hours per week) with occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities, wellbeing, hospitality, customer service or care environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests.
• Encourage residents to stay active, independent and socially connected.
• Organise themed events, celebrations and in-house entertainment.
• Support residents in continuing hobbies and trying new experiences.
• Build links with the local community and coordinate outings.
• Record participation and gather feedback to improve the wellbeing programme.
