St Mary’s Care Group in Lincoln is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our Lincoln Manor home on a bank basis. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, and dignity, helping them stay independent and engaged in meaningful activities.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity.
• Assist with washing, dressing, toileting and mobility as required.
• Record daily observations and communicate with senior staff.
• Encourage participation in activities and social engagement.
