Job summary

Ashberry Healthcare is seeking a warm, creative Wellbeing Coordinator to join Engelberg Care Home. You will help plan and run activities that support residents' physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, with full training provided.

This part-time role is 10 hours per week, based at Engelberg Care Home in Compton, with a friendly team and opportunities to build meaningful connections with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
• Plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities.

• Plan and deliver engaging group and one-to-one activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities, working closely with the Wellbeing Lead.
• Arrange entertainment, events, and seasonal celebrations within the set budget.
• Organise in-house and community events such as Christmas fairs, summer parties, and themed days.
• Maintain appropriate records and documentation for all activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team.
• Promote inclusion, wellbeing, and enjoyment for all residents.
