Job summary

Highgate Care Services Ltd is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator for Springfield Manor Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on enriching residents’ lives through tailored activities and social events, supporting hobbies and community involvement.

You’ll plan and deliver engaging activities, coordinate outings, and work with care staff and families to foster a warm, inclusive environment. Some evenings and weekends required.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Activities Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in enriching the lives of residents by:

• Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
• Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
• Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
• Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
• Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
• Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement
