Job summary

Braeburn Primary and Nursery Academy invites applications for a Wellbeing and Behaviour Lead to join our dedicated staff team.

Working alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Head of School, you will promote pupil safety, lead wellbeing interventions and support behaviour for learning across the school. The role involves targeted support, collaboration with colleagues, and active engagement with families to foster a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in school wellbeing or behaviour management preferred.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support pupil safety alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Head of School.
• Lead the wellbeing and behaviour team to reduce barriers to learning.
• Provide one-to-one and small-group interventions to improve emotional wellbeing.
• Support whole-school behaviour incidents and crisis responses.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
