Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, passionate, and dedicated individual to join our Care Home team and become part of our TLC family.

At TLC, we are committed to enhancing our residents' lives through outstanding care and meaningful wellbeing and lifestyle activities.

Our approach involves highly-trained carers and nurses providing tailored assistance to meet each resident's needs and wishes.

As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will support our residents in expressing their interests and assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organizing, and delivering engaging, person-centered activities that fulfill residents' wishes.

You will foster a stimulating environment that promotes lifestyle choices, happiness, development, and fun, while actively participating in team engagement in line with our TLC values.

We seek an outgoing individual who aims to make a positive difference daily and supports a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and their families.

You will also support the Leadership Team in our pursuit of outstanding care.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role supporting and organizing activity programmes
  • Excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, and written)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Background in occupational therapy is advantageous
  • Professional appearance and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
