We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, passionate, and dedicated individual to join our Care Home team as a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator. Become part of our TLC family and help us enhance the lives of our residents through outstanding care and meaningful activities.

At TLC, we are committed to providing specialised nursing and care, with highly-trained carers and nurses available 24/7 to meet the needs and wishes of each resident.

Role Overview

As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will support our residents in expressing their interests and assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organizing, and delivering engaging, person-centred activities that align with residents' wishes. You will create a stimulating environment that promotes lifestyle choices, happiness, development, and fun, fostering team engagement in line with TLC values.

We seek an outgoing individual who strives to make a daily difference in residents' lives and supports a team-oriented approach, working in partnership with colleagues, residents, and their families. You will also support our Leadership Team in our journey towards outstanding care.

Minimum Requirements

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role, supporting and organizing activity programmes. Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. An occupational therapy background may be advantageous.
