As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our residents in expressing their individual interests. You will assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organising, and delivering engaging, person-centred activities and lifestyle opportunities that align with residents' wishes.
You will create a stimulating environment that promotes lifestyle choices, happiness, development, fun, and team engagement, all in accordance with our TLC values.

Requirements:
Ideally, you have prior experience in a similar role, supporting and organising activity programmes, with excellent organisational, listening, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
The position may particularly interest applicants with an occupational therapy background.
