At TLC, we are devoted to enhancing the lives of our residents every day through the provision of outstanding care and meaningful well-being and lifestyle activities.

As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our residents in expressing their individual interests. You will assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organising, and delivering engaging, person-centred activities and lifestyle opportunities that align with residents' wishes.

You will create a stimulating environment that promotes lifestyle choices, happiness, development, fun, and team engagement, all in accordance with our TLC values.

We are seeking an outgoing individual who strives to make a positive difference every day in the lives of our residents and supports a one-team approach by working collaboratively with team members, residents, and relatives.

You will support the Leadership Team in our journey towards outstanding care.

We offer a competitive salary, career development opportunities, enriching learning programs, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in your role daily.
