Job summary

Spencer House Care Home, part of Avery Healthcare Group, is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering activities that promote physical, cognitive and social wellbeing for residents.

You will report changes in residents' condition, help prepare supplies, foster links with schools and community groups, and contribute to a safe, positive home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with older people in dementia care in a residential setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and team members.
• Ability to report changes in residents' condition to the care team.

Experience
