Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator for Spencer House Care Home in the UK. You will arrange activities, events and outings to support residents' wellbeing, build life stories, and plan monthly and weekly activities with the Home Manager.

• Provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate residents' physical, psychological and social wellbeing
• Promote privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment for all residents
• Identify residents' life history, needs and preferences by listening to them and their families, and develop detailed life stories
• Plan and submit a monthly activity and wellbeing plan and a weekly overview to the Home Manager
• Arrange activities, events and outings, encouraging involvement from staff, relatives and visitors
• Maintain a safe living and working environment that supports the home's professional image

A Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator post at Spencer House Care Home, run by Avery Healthcare Group.
