At Avery Healthcare Group, we are seeking a warm, enthusiastic Wellbeing and Activities Assistant (Bank) at Silvermere Care Home in Cobham. Shift details: 9 am to 5.30 pm.

You will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a range of activities to enhance residents' physical, cognitive and social well-being. Key duties include maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes to the care team, helping with supplies, and building community links to promote intergenerational activities.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication with residents and team.
• Understanding of how interaction supports well-being.
• Positive attitude toward older people and activity promotion.
• Experience in residential care for older adults is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Support Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering activities.
• Maintain a safe living environment and uphold the home’s image.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the team.
• Help with ordering and preparing supplies; foster community links to promote activities.
