Job summary

Mearns View Care Home in Newton Mearns is seeking a Lifestyle Coordinator to enhance daily life by delivering meaningful, person-centered activities for residents, including those living with dementia.

You will plan and run a varied programme of group and one-to-one activities tailored to individual interests and care needs, building strong relationships to support inclusive participation. Training and support are provided to help you develop in the role.

Qualifications

• Creative, organised and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities.
• Genuine interest in supporting older people.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in activities or similar role is beneficial; transferable skills welcome.
