Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant (Bank) at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Buckinghamshire. You’ll assist the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a range of activities that support residents’ physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
• Reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the Wellbeing and Activity Coordinator, Home Manager, and care staff.
• Supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities as directed.
• Establishing links with the local community to encourage access to the wider community and promote intergenerational activity.
