Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Care Assistant on a Bank basis at Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow to support residents and the care team. You will deliver high standards of personal care and help maintain residents' dignity and independence within a compassionate, respectful environment.

No prior experience is required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided; a DBS disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
• Efficient worker who can follow instructions from team members.
• Able to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team to ensure continuity of services.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene to promote independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise clinical risk areas and raise concerns promptly (weight loss, ulcers, falls, infections).
