Job summary

SLB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Well Test Operator to safely install, operate, monitor and maintain surface well test equipment during offshore testing operations. You will help deliver reliable services, monitor parameters, document actions and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of offshore experience, a proactive safety mindset and a willingness to progress within our global energy technology leader.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate recording of operational data and complete required documentation.
• Support pre-job planning, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe and serviceable condition.
• Adhere to company procedures, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• Actively participate in HSE initiatives and promote a strong safety culture.

Job Summary

The Well Test Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of surface well test equipment during offshore well testing operations.

As an Operator, you’ll support the delivery of reliable well test services by maintaining equipment integrity, monitoring operational parameters, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and HSE requirements.
