Job summary

Catch22 in Gloucester is seeking a Well-being Practitioner to support service users in developing strategies to manage emotions and access appropriate support. You will work closely with delivery partners, HMPPS, voluntary sectors and other criminal justice organisations to promote and deliver services and achieve required outcomes.

Role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work, with shifts between 09:00 and 17:00 and occasional evenings; the closing date is 2 November

Qualifications

• Driving license and access to a vehicle for travel to Gloucestershire offices and meetings.
• Good general education including Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
• Experience with people in the Criminal Justice System and/or disadvantaged groups.
• Knowledge of local partners, risk assessment and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and access appropriate support.
• Encourage daily living activities and engage with multi-agency partners for treatment and services.
