Job summary

Catch22 is recruiting for a part-time role in Gloucestershire to support service users in managing emotions and delivering interventions to build self-confidence. You will assist with daily living activities and encourage engagement with multi-agency partners for treatment and support services.

The role involves working with delivery partners, HMPPS and other Criminal Justice bodies, with checks including enhanced DBS and vetting. A driving license and vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Driving licence and access to a vehicle; travel to Gloucestershire and other offices.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Experience with People in the Criminal Justice System and/or disadvantaged people.
• Knowledge of local partners and statutory agencies.
• Understanding of risk assessment and management.
• Understanding safeguarding adults and children.
• Understanding of emotional well-being support principles.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to develop strategies to manage emotions and deliver interventions to foster self-confidence.
• Help service users to increase capacity for daily living activities.
• Encourage service users to engage with multi-agency partners for treatment and other services.
• Work in partnership with delivery partners, HMPPS, Voluntary Sector and other Criminal Justice organisations to promote and deliver services and outcomes.
