Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Revenues & Welfare Applications Lead to maintain and develop the Council's core Welfare systems, ensuring security and efficiency. Working with the Systems & Control Manager, you will provide technical leadership for Welfare-related developments and support wider Revenues functions as needed.

You will lead on the administration, configuration and optimisation of MRI (Capita) and Civica360 systems, manage upgrades and interfaces, develop reports

Responsibilities

• Lead on administration, configuration and optimisation of MRI (Capita) and Civica360 systems.
• Manage system upgrades, interfaces, reports and SQL queries.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues and support major projects such as annual billing and year-end processes.
