Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Revenues & Welfare Applications Lead - Welfare to maintain and develop core Revenues and Welfare systems. You will provide technical leadership, ensuring systems are secure, efficient and fit for purpose.

You will manage MRI (Capita) and Civica360 configurations, upgrades and interfaces, and support annual billing and year-end processes in a collaborative, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading welfare or revenues systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data skills with reporting experience.
• Ability to configure and optimise large enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead on administration, configuration and optimisation of MRI (Capita) and Civica360 systems.
• Develop reports and SQL queries to support governance and billing.
• Support major projects such as annual billing and year-end processes.
