Job summary

The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund is seeking a compassionate Welfare Navigator for our London headquarters. You will support RAF family members via helpline, email and web chat, advising on financial assistance and welfare services and guiding access to resources when needed.

Qualifications include strong administrative experience and excellent communication, with a background in welfare delivery. The role requires proficiency with CRM IT systems and will be based in the London office at least
