Job summary

Central England Law Centre in Coventry is seeking a Welfare Benefits Caseworker to provide specialist welfare benefits advice, casework and representation to clients referred through CELC projects and trusted community partners. You will help clients understand entitlements, challenge incorrect decisions and resolve issues early to reduce financial hardship, working within CELC’s multidisciplinary team.
