Central England Law Centre is seeking a Triage Caseworker for the Health Justice Partnership, based at the Coventry Office. The role involves receiving referrals from healthcare professionals and performing specialist triage to identify clients’ social welfare needs and the support required to address them.

You will deliver person-centred advice and advocacy in housing, welfare benefits, community care and cost-of-living issues, working closely with CELC’s legal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Specialist triage to identify clients’ social welfare needs and the required support.
• Deliver person-centred advice and advocacy through the Health Justice Partnership.
• Work closely with Central England Law Centre’s specialist legal teams.
• Support may extend to other areas where needed.
