Responsibilities

• Provide high quality tailored Welfare Benefits advice to clients through effective interviewing.
• Offer comprehensive benefit checks, exploring and advising on eligibility.
• Identify emergency issues and advise on food bank referrals where needed.
• Assess grants/one-off support and assist with applications.
• Empower clients to set their own priorities.
• Identify vulnerable clients requiring additional support and act for them where possible.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to provide holistic advice.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and funders' requirements.
• Maintain detailed case records using Casebook.
