Job summary

Rosebank School in Northwich seeks a calm, dedicated Welfare Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Conditions. The role is temporary, part-time (32.5 hours per week, term time) and paid pro rata per annum.

The successful candidate will assist in ASC-specific activities, work closely with teaching staff, and contribute to a safe, inclusive learning environment. An Enhanced DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Rosebank school wish to appoint a calm, dedicated Welfare Assistant to join our team in meeting the needs of children with Autism Spectrum Conditions. Motivation to learn about and support the needs of pupils with ASC is vital in this role. Experience of working with children on the autism spectrum would be an advantage but a positive attitude, flexibility and enthusiasm are essential.
