Job summary

You will shape the next generation of engineers through practical and classroom-based instruction in a structured training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising welding, fabrication, engineering or manufacturing teams.
• Clear communication and ability to develop others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver welding and fabrication training to military trainees.
• Prepare lesson plans, materials, assessments and learning resources.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback and support.
• Maintain accurate trainee records and training documentation.
• Ensure workshops and equipment are safe and compliant.
