Babcock is looking for a Welder to train military trainees in welding and fabrication, delivering practical and classroom‑based sessions and assessing progress to help learners meet Defence engineering standards. As a Welding Trainer, you'll step away from day‑to‑day production work and into a role where you'll shape the next generation of military engineers, using your practical know‑how to coach, guide and assess trainees.
As a Welder, you'll deliver, assess, and continuously improve welding and fabrication training for military trainees, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to meet Defence engineering standards.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
