Mactech Energy Group seeks a Welding Superintendent for the Hinkley Point C nuclear new build in Bridgwater. The role starts in November 2026, with a 10 day on / 4 day off rotation and on-site work. Vetting and onboarding apply. Essential qualifications include SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely and CCNSG Safety Passport before site start.

Rates align with SSA agreements: Dayshift £36.38/hr, OT1 £50.94/hr, OT2 £65.49/hr, with a £4.99/hr bonus and lodge allowance up to £53.39 per day (where eligible).

Qualifications

• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely and CCNSG Safety Passport are essential prior to starting on site.
