Job summary

Recruitment Solutions Workforce Ltd seeks a Blue Hat Working Supervisor with welding/fabrication background for the Hinkley Point project in Somerset. Permanent role with days pay and nights premium; OT available and accommodation allowance provided.

Candidates must pass trade tests and security checks. NVQ Level 3 in Welding/Fabrication and safety qualifications are essential to join the team.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to undertake trade tests and pass security checks for onboarding.
• NVQ Level 3 welding/fabrication required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Blue Hat welding/fabrication operations at Hinkley Point.
• Coordinate tests and production work on stainless steel welds.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
