Based on-site in Ammanford, you will drive welding and fabrication processes, support supervision, develop jigs, and create work instructions with accurate production time data for new and existing products.

Qualifications

• Strong background in welding and fabrication within steel fabricated products.
• Supervisory experience and ability to support production supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to engage in external training for upskilling.

Responsibilities

• On-site role supporting and developing welding & fabrication processes within production.
• Implement and develop welding procedures and approvals.
• Continuously improve production methods, work instructions and jigging methods.
