We are looking for someone who can deliver training in CAD and Hand Fitting.

Previous classroom-based teaching or tutoring experience is desirable, though not essential. A background in electrical engineering would be advantageous; however, applications are welcomed from engineers across all disciplines.

HWGTA is seeking a passionate and experienced Welding & Fabrication Learning & Development Specialist / FE Tutor to join our growing Engineering Team in Worcester.
At HWGTA, we are committed to developing skilled engineers for the future. You will join a supportive and experienced team, make a genuine difference to learners’ lives, and help shape the workforce of tomorrow.
This exciting dual-role opportunity combines (can be one full time position or two part time roles):
Apprenticeship Coaching & Assessment (0.5 FTE)
Welding & Fabrication Teaching & Training (0.5 FTE)
If you have strong industry experience, welding qualifications (minimum Level 3), and a commitment to developing future engineering talent, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
As part of this rewarding position, you will divide your time between delivering high-quality welding and fabrication training in our workshops and classrooms, and supporting apprentices in the workplace through coaching, assessment, progress reviews and employer engagement.
You will play a key role in helping learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers while ensuring an exceptional learning experience.
