Job summary

Perfect Placement are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join a family-run, bespoke automotive team in South Worcestershire. You’ll work on low-volume, handcrafted sports cars in a temperature-controlled workshop, performing MIG/TIG welding and chassis fabrication with exact jig specifications.

Rewards include a £36k–£48k+ salary, a 40-hour week with an early finish on Fridays, 30 days holiday, free on-site parking, and staff incentive trips to UK shows and exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Welder / Fabricator.
• Strong MIG and TIG welding skills.
• Experience working with steel and aluminium.
• Proven background in chassis fabrication and welding.
• Ability to produce parts accurately to jig specifications.
• Experience in low-volume vehicle manufacturing is highly advantageous.

Our client, a reputable and family-run business specializing in bespoke automotive manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator to join their dedicated team in South Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Welder / Fabricator to work on a limited series of handcrafted sports cars within a purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop.

• Salary £36,000 – £48,000+ depending on experience
• 40-hour working week with an early finish every Friday
• 30 days holiday including Bank Holidays
