Job summary

Kinetic plc is hiring a Welder / Fabricator in Widnes, England, for a permanent role. You should be a time served fabricator or sheet metal worker able to MIG weld to a high standard and fabricate light to medium parts from working drawings.

You will work 38.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday 07:30–12:00, at £16.27 per hour with overtime. Applicants should hold City & Guilds Parts 1, 2 & 3 in Fabrication & Welding (or NVQ) and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Are you a time served / qualified Fabricator / Sheet metal Worker looking for your next role? Sick of working short temporary roles and wanting a position with stability at a good company? Can you MIG weld to a high standard and able to fabricate light to medium? Is an hourly rate of £16.27 OK for you? Have you got working knowledge of Sheet Metal Work? Is Widnes an area that you can happily commute to for work? If you have answered yes to the above questions then suitable candidates will be called and given additional information on the position and company. I am looking for a time served - Qualified to City & Guilds Parts 1,2 & 3 in Fabrication & Welding (or equivalent NVQ), you must be able to work under minimum supervision and be able to manufacture directly from working drawings. Fully conversant in light to medium fabrication. Hours - 38 ½ Hour Mon - Thurs 07.30-16.30, Friday 7.30 - 12.00 noon Rate - £16.27 p/hr.
