Welder / Fabricator

Location: Walsingham, Norfolk

Salary: £17 - £21 Per Hour

A reputable client based in North Norfolk is looking for a Welder / Fabricator to join their growing business due to expansion plans.

The role involves mainly TIG welding, with some MIG welding. Work is primarily based in the factory, with occasional site work.

Responsibilities:

• Welding and fabricating components using TIG and MIG welding techniques
• Installation, modifications, servicing, and maintenance of packaging machinery and equipment
• Turning and milling operations
• Bench fitting, equipment/machine assembly, including pneumatic piping and electrical wiring
• Measuring and cutting materials using band saws, hacksaws, and grinding equipment
• Deburring materials with blades, files, and linishing belts
• Rolling and folding materials with manual equipment
• Drilling and tapping holes in materials
• Working mainly with stainless steel (1-10mm thickness), with some mild steel and aluminium
