Job summary

Stripes Recruitment seeks an experienced Fabricator/Welder in Nottingham to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team. The role focuses on fabrication and installation of specialist steelwork across balustrades, staircases, walkways and canopies.

Expect a permanent, full-time position with a Monday-Friday, 40-hour week and a supportive working environment. MIG, Stick and TIG welding skills are essential, with five+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Welding experience with MIG, Stick and TIG preferred.
• Five or more years welding and fabrication experience.
• Good mechanical skills and competence using relevant tools.
• CSCS card preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install specialist steelwork.
• Work on balustrades, handrails, staircases, walkways, canopies and balconies.

Stripes Recruitment wants YOU to join a growing engineering and manufacturing company that has over 4 decades of experience in metalwork.

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Fabricator/Welder to join our clients team on a full-time, permanent basis, working on the fabrication and installation of specialist steelwork.

These include-

• Balustrades and Handrails
• Staircases
• Walkways
• Canopies and Balconies

What we’re looking for

1. Welding experience, with MIG, Stick and TIG experience preferred
2. Five or more years’ welding and fabrication experience
3. Good mechanical skills and competence using relevant tools
4. CSCS card preferred but not mandatory
