Job summary

PIER (UK) Ltd in Newton-le-Willows is seeking a skilled welder/fabricator to work on MIG welding for plant machinery and to perform workshop fabrication. You will produce steelwork for vehicle maintenance and ensure work is completed to a high standard, right first time.

The role suits a diligent individual who works at a steady pace, values safety, and can operate both independently and as part of a small team. Monday to Friday, with on-site parking available.

Qualifications

• A good knowledge of welding with at least 3 years practical experience.
• Driving license (Not Essential)
• CSCS card/ other skills cards (Desirable not essential)
• Proactive and responsible approach to health and safety
• Good Punctuality
• Attention to detail
