Job summary

Pier uk Limited in Newton-le-Willows is seeking a skilled welder to perform MIG welding on plant machinery and to fabricate steelwork in the workshop.

The role requires producing quality work at a steady pace, maintaining a safe, tidy work area and ensuring materials and tools are available for each task. The ideal candidate will have practical welding experience and a proactive safety mindset, with good punctuality and attention to detail. Driving license is optional; CSCS is desirable.

Qualifications

• A good knowledge of welding with at least 3 years practical experience.
• Driving license (Not Essential).
• CSCS card/ other skills cards (Desirable not essential).
• Proactive and responsible approach to health and safety.
• Good Punctuality.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities
