THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment Group is seeking a Welder/Fabricator for our client based in Newton Aycliffe. The organisation employs 25 staff and has a £3m turnover.

The business specialises in bespoke fabrications. This is a temp to perm opportunity following a successful probation period.

You will form a team of 6 Welder/Fabricators in total. The business has a guaranteed order book for the next 18 months and the business can provide job security due to its diverse client range.

THE ROLE

• MIG welding
• Sheet metal work up to 5mm
• Bespoke tanks & vessel welding and fabrication
• Quality checking work
• Fillet & Butt welds

THE PERSON

• Sheet metal and MIG welding experience
• High degree of accuracy & detail
• Able to read and work from drawings
• Overhead crane experience
• FLT experience
