Welder Fabricator

We are a small wrought iron company in Fareham, Hampshire, and require a new, skilled team member, working on a self-employed basis, to fabricate bespoke wrought iron gates, railings, handrails, and balustrades, all to a very high standard.

The candidate will need to have at least 5 years of welding and fabrication experience and be able to work on their own initiative. Experience in a similar role is highly advantageous.

Welder Fabricator Skills required:

• MIG/MAG welding
• Drilling
• Grinding
• Cutting
• Bending and rolling
• Use of hand tools
• Competent in reading drawings
• Work to small tolerances
• An eye for detail and take pride in your work

A relaxed environment with tea and coffee provided, on-site parking, and a supermarket opposite.

You will be required to undertake a welding and grinding test at the interview.

36 hours per week. Monday to Thursday with Fridays off. Self-employed.
